Using the assistant

Valley IT AI provides an AI assistant for business and productivity work. You need an account to use it, and you're responsible for activity on your account. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important before you rely on it, and don't use it as a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Please use the assistant for lawful business purposes. Anything we consider inappropriate or illegal is not allowed, and we may decline those requests or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. The free plan includes a one-time allowance of trial messages. Paid plans include the AI assistant under a fair-use policy. Invoices for services are due by the date shown on the invoice.

Privacy

We store your email, a securely hashed password, your chats and your billing history so the service works and so we can provide support, enforce these rules and prevent abuse. Chats are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card number. We don't sell your information. To delete your account and chats, use the contact form on our homepage.
